Hi Doctor,
Since one week I am having lower back pain and some time pain in below abdomen. and also pain nipples My last period date was 17th of March, Is this can be a sign of pregnancy.

Hello,, it is hard to tell exactly because some women may get same symptoms just before periods,, yeah some may get if they are conceived too,, easy thing to today to confirm pregnancy is by simple urine pregnancy test,, which you can do yourself at home,, urine pregnancy test kits are available over the counter at the medical store, so don't worry get your test first.
