Hello doc, I just recover from dengue, during dengue i used to have lower back pain which is still bothering me. I asked doc to give painkiller which he refused to. Please suggest me something effective. Its been week since im bearing the pain..

consult orthopedic surgeon to rule out spondylitis if it's of muscular origin it can be relived by muscle relaxation and analgesics
