During exercise my lower back pain started, later on pain got increased. After some physiotherapy and painkiller/muscle relief tablets(20) it reduced but after two or three days again pain is coming back if I lift any weight or playing cricket. Yet I haven't taken any x-ray, Please suggest should I take an x-ray and go to some specialist doctor.
