Lower back pain and in tail bone.
I have loss of lumber lordosis , iam just 20 but iam obese, what should i do.i dont want to go for surgery. Is it serious problem? Will i be able to normal work again wirhout pain?

Hi Loss of Lumbar lordosis is straightening of your Lumbar Spine. Causes will be Muscle Spasm & Strength loss in Lower back extensor. It's alone doesn't required surgery we can correct it with Core Stability exercises & Following good Ergonomics.
