Lower back pain and fatigue
I have lower back pain and feeling of tiredness all day long. It started around 2 months back. From what i read, i believe that the tiredness is due to back pain. I have had improper posturing since many years. Now, I find it extremely difficult to sit straight without support or without leaning. I can even feel my lower back muscles going weak while sitting. Can i take tablets like nucoxia MR?

You take tab paracetamol 500 mg twoce daily for 2-3 days. Yes you can take nucoxia MR also. Take a tab neurobione forte once daily for next 7-10 days. Do some spinal ecercises, for improving posture under physiotherapist guidance.  Avoid stooping/weight lifting/squatting.  Hot fomentation and diclofenac plusenthol combination shall help as well. You can consult me online after 2-3days.
