Lower back and abdominal pain
I am 38 weeks pregnant and I had period like cramps in my lower back and lower abdomen yesterday night from 10pm to 2am (4 hours) with 10 to 12 minutes frequency and each pain lasted around 40s duration. Around 3am, I slept good and I didn't feel any pain after that till now.
Is it a false pain or is my labour going to start soon?
Can someone pls help

True labour pains keep increasing in intensity, if hasn't happened again then probably false pain,
