Lower abdominal pain
My wife is having lower abdominal pain recently. Her MC generally comes on 18-21st of every month bt this month it hasn't came yet....we r planning for a baby...what is the right time to do the pregnancy test??? Plz suggest...

You can do a urine pregnancy test soon after the period is missed or if it is delayed by 7 days. If your wife has pain or feels dizzy or faint you need to see a gynaecologist. If the pregnancy test is positive you need to confirm that it is inside the uterus. Rarely the pregnancy is outside the uterus and causes symptoms. Its important to rule it out. You gynaecologist will do the needful.
