Lower abdominal pain and swelling
For almost the last 24 hrs ive had moderate lower abdominal pain and swelling.when it started,i broke out in a sweat and started to notice it getting worse,now ive been on my couch since about 10 pm and its not going away.it almost feels like a rupture or something all the way across my lower stomach

If you feel any obstruction/ burning micturation durring pass URINE, it may be urinary tract infection or renal calculus. For diagnosis DO USG WHOLE ABDOMEN CBC LFT URINE FOR ROUTINE AND MICROSCOPIC

avoid to take antispasmodic medicine because it arrest paristalsis movement of intestine in case of acute abdominal pain.
