Lower abdomen pain
My daughter who is eleven years eight months old got a shooting pain on the right side of the lower abdomen about 10 days back. The next day the pain became less after that off and on she has been getting this pain. Its shifting from right to the left and centre of the abdomen.She was also having pain at the start of urination. Ultrasound of the abdomen, urine culture & routine done. Its clear.

Gastritis is one of cause but ulcers will have same kind of pain.
Rx
Syp sucral 10ml twice x5days before food
Tab Rantac 150mg twice x 3days
Syp mucain gel 5ml thrice before food x3days

Avoid spicy masala food and hot beverages like tea coffe. Review after 3days
