Lower abdomen pain during periods.

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have PCOS. And whenever there is lower blood shed than usual, I encounter severe lower abdomen pain. When unable to bear, I take Cyclopam tablet and it relieves the pain for like 6hrs approx. I am afraid that the tablet might cause some unwanted side effects.

Are u sure there is nothing beyond PCOs ,as endometriosis and fibroid could be another reason ,don't just keep taking pain killers ,so we suggest get it properly investigated which would include harmonal tests etc.
