Lower abdomen pain and back pain
Pain in center and left side of Lower abdomen .. Urine analysis report is normal and had a checkup at gynecologist she said no signs of any infection inside vagina..but  still iam having pain in lower left side of abdomen and mild fever and mild back pain.. Pls suggest something? Also should I avoid eating spicy food ?

Definitely a more detailed History & Examination is the first thing required to make even provisional Diagnosis...then we decide which investigation will be required to confirm that Diagnosis...then only targetted Treatment is effective.
