Lower abdomen heaviness
Hello doctor,i am felling lower abdonen heaviness from the past 2 days.its really uncomfortable..i wanna add that i have no cyst according to my usg and ct scan report.but i have extreme vaginal itching which occurs almost every time...along with a thick whitish discharge...what is it doctor?please guide me.is it urine infection or vaginal infection?
