Hi.. To gain weight include dates, badam walnut and other dryfruits daily in ur diet 10 nos.Eat one banana and any other fruit per day.include whole grains theyare more beneficial for health.Drink 6-8 glasses of water.Include cheese in your snacks.Exercise regularly.
