Low WBC and neutrophils
Can you suggest diet for low wbc and neutrophils? Attaching mom's report for the same. She also recovered from covid 45 days ago and has hba1c of 7.6 but her current sugar levels are controlled. I am worried about black fungus, so if possible, can you please suggest a way to increase her wbc count?

Wbc count does not increase by diet or medicine. It is a body's reaction to Infection. The count is not low. It is sufficient and will increase when any infection occurs. High hba1c is a risk for mucor. Repeat the test 3 months after the previous test was done.
Next Steps
please do a fasting, postprandial monitoring. reduce food with high glycemic index like mango/white bread in diet.
