Low TSH 0.04 causing Very slow heartrate
My mother has low TSH 0.01 for 6 months under diagnostic and now in 7 month TSH is 0.04 She has low hear rate min 37 and max 55. We have consulted endocrinologist and Cardiologist. She is taking tapazole 10mg three times daily but no improvement and she feels dizziness everytime. We then gone for Holter study and doctors suggested pacemaker as she pauses in the study. Please suggest what is the best treatment?? should we go for pacemaker or is there any other ways??

What is her free T4 value? If low this might be central hypothyroidism and should be treated.  If Free T4 is normal, she should better go for pacemaker as advised by cardiologist.
