Low tlc counts
My father fell sick 3-4 months back because of fever and we have noticed that his tlc counts are literally very low now he is under medication by haematologist. Sometimes his health condition improves and sometimes the tlc counts are reducing. Not able to get the exact problem. Can someone please help to get the exact problem

I would suggest to get a bone marrow aspiration done and check for the blasts count ,it could rule out malignant diseases
