Low testosterone symptoms.
Waking up every morning at 3am and cannot get back to sleep. Testicles seem smaller and softer and looser than two years ago. I am 20 years old, spontaneous erections over the last 2 years have diminished in frequency. Morning erections/nocturnal errctions are rare. I feel fatigued during exercise. Penis feels lifeless and numb, testicles shrink up and are flat against my body after exercise, or going out. Ejaculate volume is low and dribble instead of shoot. I have no drive to chase women, whereas a year and a half ago I had a strong drive and sex drive. I am mildly/moderately depressed. I feel drained of energy all day and especially at night. I have lost interest, motivation and wellbeing in all aspects of life. Testosterone came back at 12.1 nmol/dl. 2 years ago I was a completely different person, I was functioning as a normal 18 year old would. However University lifestyles caused depression and severe weight gain and am currently classed as overweight/obese. Need urgent help.
