Low sugar after meal
From pas few days m suffering with severe palpitations and insomnia, i am also having recurring renal stone in both my kidney. From pas 2 days m feeling like getting more weak and more sweating today my blood sugar lever after takeing meal and mangos as well is 85 somewhere i feel that m getting unconscious feeling more sleepy my jaws are getting drop tight.. what should i do now.. I have taking few medical like proponolol 40mg Metonce 50, ecosprine av, and rosavel 10. My bp is 104/68 and pulse rate is 128
