Low sexual arousal
I wanted to know whether women feel less sexual arousal just before getting their periods. As in do they have low libido the week before getting periods.

Usually due to hormones effect just before period women is having lees urge . Because before period progesterone level is high so less libido and less sex but this is the safe time for sex.
