Low RBC But Normal Hemoglobin
My last 2 CBC Shows 3.86×10^6/ul and 3.76×10^6/ul RBC. Haemoglobin was 14.1 and 14g/dl. MCV was 108 and 107.4fL. MCH 37.2 and 37.1pg. MCHC is normal. HCT was 41 and 40%. interval between these CBC test was 15 days. Is this anaemia? I am feeling weakness also. Platelets also decreased from 210 to 165×10^3/ul. Why heamoglobin is normal but RBC is low? What should I do?

Your total b complex and vit b12 is low ..kindly check and HV supplement of it
