Low pulse rate while tested
Doctor my son of aged 18 years, is showing low pulse rate 50 and sometimes 52 and not above this. Kindly reply is it normal. He is little obese. I as a mother worried.

I would have said that his pulse rate may be so because he is athletic. However as you say he is obese it’s unlikely.
Best method to evaluate him is to get an ECG and review; young people may have a variable pulse due to sinus arrhythmia.
In a rare case the clinician may decide and order 24 hours Holter ECG
