Low pulse rate 50 with vomit and dizines
My mother has low pulse rate today since morning 5am. readings at 46, 54, 56. blood pressure is around 70 105 . she has vomited multiple times, and is feeling dizzy and cannot stand.
doctor gave here injections for gastric, to stop vomit, and tablet for dizziness. she also got glucose in vein. but no improvement.
is this a case for cardio or general medicine ?

Is she on any BP medicines ? BP medicines can lower heart rate. I suggest you get her ECG ECHO and Thyroid function tests done
