  4. Low platelet. Again dropped to 44000?

My dad, 70,had CABG in 2013, he was on Deplatt A 75 initially and then Deplatt 75 since Nov 2017. His platelet counts were around 45000, when blood thinner was stopped for 3 days, platelet count came up to 150000;doc then prescribed ecosprin 75.Now after a month platelet has again dropped to 44000? All other parameters like WBC, RBC, haemoglobin are within range. Please advise whether to have ecosprin on alternate day or change medicine.

Can take Ecosprin alternate days,can not stop forever, as one blood thinner needed
