Hi u need not worry. Ur mch is just at borderline. U may hav mild aneamia. Or in the recent u may had any type of blood loss. Ur hb is Lil less. I want Ur complete medical history. U hav treatment for Ur condition. U need not to worry. Ur case needs to be evaluated.
