I came to know about low line placenta during 14 weeks scan. Then I had spoting twice I took injection of depot 250mg. I am avoiding rode traveling. Shall I step up and step down 50steps once in a day or not? Please provide suggestions

Continue the medication as advised by your doctor
The placenta can migrate upwards later and that can be seen at the TIFFA/ANOMALY SCAN at 19 wks
Maintain Hygiene
Maintain Hydration
Avoid stress and anxiiety
Continue iron calcium protein powder supplements as advised by your doctor
