Low lactation
I had breast abscess 5 years ago and got I&D done during my first delivery.. I just fed my first son with ff with breast milk for 6 months .now I have got my second baby one month old.I don’t have enough milk .. I tried lactare tablet, galact granules, garlic , milk. but nothing has increased my flow .. I even feed him every 10 min but he has desperate cry .when I give formula he sleeps good .what could be done ?
Will abscess surgery decrease the milk flow? Formula will affect immunity of baby?

Feed as much breast feed as possible and if he is still hungry , give formula feed. You have no choice.
