Low iron due to heavy bleeding
Suffering from heavy bleeding with clots on 2nd and 3rd day.Because of which my legs are paining a lot and heart rat little fast now a days..I think it's a low hemoglobin..in 2019 when I check my hemoglobin it was 8 and still bleeding heavy. Is fesovit tablet increase iron intake and does it have any side effects. Also if my hemoglobin increase then will the he at bleeding issue gets resolved. In 2017 I have suffered hyper acidity issue after that this heavy bleeding issue started. Pls. Help

Take Tablet Livogen Z at bedtime once every night for three months Take a boiled egg daily
Next Steps
During periods take water in which washed raw rice has been soaked overnight Take Tablet Trapic MF three times a day for three days during periods

If still no relief 1. Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness on day 2 of periods 2. Serum TSH fasting levels early morning empty stomach

Hi. You can take tab Trapic 500mg thrice a day for 3 days . Please start Cap Fesovit daily after dinner . Chek your Hb and Pelvic Scan to see ET . Depending on that need to start further tt .
