Low iron and calcium
Hi doctor my hb levels are 9.6, calcium is 8.7 and b12levels are 360. Iam already using ayurvedic iron supplement for low hb because iam getting gastric problems with allopathy iron tablet . Should I need to use calcium and b12 supplements or the levels can be increased with food. I got covid 3mnths back from then iam experiencing mild teeth pain occasionally and mild weakness especially in evenings please help me in this. Thank u

HB is low. But need to evaluate why? Full cbc and few workup is needed.. if b12 is normal it can be iron def anemia. Show it to dentist for tooth ache. Weakness wil get better soon.  We have better iron tablets that won't give u gastric complains.. ayurvedic is your choice. Drink milk daily. Add dates and spinach in food

in my clinical experience, i have seen most of the covid recovered patients have B12 and D3 deficiencies, your hemoglobin levels and calcium levels are quite low and it cannot be corrected by diet alone, so its advisable to take supplements for the same.
