Low heamoglobin in pregnancy
I am 22 weeks pregnant.My heamoglobin is too low 8.1. I have minor beta thellasamia. How to treat heamoglobin problem. And can I have normal delivery with low heamoglobin

If you have beta thalassemia trait then ur hb will always be lower than normal. U cn tk iron rich diet like pomegranate ,resins , dates , cheeku ,guava , bengal gram etc. Low Hb is not a contraindication of normal delivery
