Low grade fever and back pain last 1 month all reports is normal, last 20 days medicine are taking including antibiotics TLC is 13300 Esr is 55 Hemoglobin is 10.1

plz provide medication history generic names of medicines being taken presently or taken in the past. Also provide xray chest pa view and xray LS spine AP and Lat view
