  4. Low grade fever. Something to worry!

Low grade fever
My 4 yr old is showing a fever of 99.4 f on thermametre, reading is taken from under arm. Although when touching its head it feel warmer than usual. After pcm head and back become cool and temperature reading also goes back to 97 or 98 degrees. Whats the reason for this is this something to worry
