Low grade fever and shinning eyes
I just completed my treatment of tuberculosis on 17 march and from hospital i went to bazaar and drank a glass of orange juice. After  an hour i felt like if i had a fever, then it goes away after taking some rest. Next day,i had a cold like symptoms, like watery eyes, low grade fever. Same situation goes up to 4-5 days. But at night i feel fresh, and in morning when i wake up, temperature rises and it goes up and down all the time. But feel fresh at night. Now it has been 20 days, low grade fever when i wake up and shinning eyes, and sometimes i feel like a pressure on my head. Also I went to hospital, doctor gave me- STAREST PLUS,AZITHROMYCIN,LEVOCETIRIZINE HCl tablet. But it didn't help me. I have no cough,no breathing problems ,no high grade fever. I am feeling depressed now,due to health related problems.

First thing is not to worry .. U have completed treatment for tb means it is cured .. What I get from ur history is u had simple respiratory tract infection which is common in patients who had tb.. Or it could be anything else too .. Worrying ll not solve the problem.. U took the first line antibiotics,  but didn't help ..so better to evaluate Get CBC , Esr,  Typhoid serology , malarial serolgy and urine routine and microscopy ..
Next Steps

Health Tips
