Low grade fever after Covid recovery

Asked for Male, 34 Years

18th April - 1st symptom 21 st April - report positive (CT value 14) After completing quarantine of 18 days.. tested negative Started low grade fever 99 -99.7 on 12th May It comes around evening goes itself in morning Got D-Dimer and IL6 done again both are within limits CRP was slightly higher. What to do ?
