My glucose blood results came back as 2.8 mmol/L. I feel light headed if I don't eat frequently & moody. My Doctor didn't think much of this. Should I seek more advice if it is reactive & or hypoglycemia?

Fasting hypoglycemia needs to be investigated for overproduction of insulin. Reactive hypoglycemia can be managed via lifestyle change. You need to find out which one you have. All the best.
