Low sugar without medication may be due to
1. Reactive Hypoglycemia
2. Low cortisol
3. Hypothyroidism or Hyperthyroidism
Kindly avoid and reduce food like white rice, potatoes, maida
Eat small quantities frequently around 6 times a day
