Low Breast milk
I am having 2.5 month baby & milk supply is too much low also nipple is inward so i am not able to direct feed so which tablet I can use to improve milk supply. Lactare is useful?

Hi.... Why u r thinking that breast milk is low...??? If baby is feeding for 20-30 mins, sleeping for 2hrs after feeds, passes urine 6-8 times in 24hrs, gaining weight by 25-30gms per day indicates that your baby is getting enough milk.... Inverted or flat nipples can corrected by double syringing technique before each feed..this might be explained by your gynic or pediatric doctor already...if not kindly consult... Milk production is mainly effected by our mental stress and nutrition
