Low bp: 1. replace white salt with Himalayan salt ( himlayalan salt consist 82 minerals and minerals are required for maintaining homeostasis) 2. drink enough water and dont directly drink water from tap. keep it still in jar for half hour first, then add lemon and Himalayan salt to it before drinking. 3. Include vegetables and fruits high in water such as celery, cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, cabbage as well as watermelon, apples, pears, papaya and pineapple, to name a few. 4. take magnesium, zinc and selenium supplements for proper functioning of thyroid. though more test would be required to figure the underlying cause. 4. avoid stress 5. for constipation, take 2 virgin coconut oil spoons first thing in the morning and then raw honey with apple cider vinegar (with mother) in warm water. you should get relief. let me know if fuhrer help required.
