Kindly have lime juice mixed with salt or water mixed with salt immediately. I would advise you to go to the ER so that a ECG, BP monitoring and a proper cardiac evaluation is done and the cause of the hypotension is found and treated accordingly. So kindly have the salt water immediately and go to the hospital soon after.
