Low back pain
Its been 3 months over i left gym.. n i had been to PT .. but no use.. the heaviness feeling me uncomfortable in ma low back.

As you have already gone for conventional physiotherapy.. pls consider to Visit a Mc Kenzie Practioner for Low back Pain.. It's a very different approach to Low Back Pain..
