Asked for Female, 28 Years

I'm suffering from low back pain from last 10 days.I had stillbirth through c section a year ago.My periods are regular. My ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound was done 6 months ago.The reports were fine.But why my low back is hurting a lot?
