Low amniotic fluid

Asked for Female, 20 Years

My wife is 37 weeks pregnant and baby weight is 2.55kg. Is it normal? Doctor has advised her alamin sn injection (200ml). Amiontic fluid is also low(7cms). Can alamin sn injection help her increasing amniotic fluid? Plz reply Thank you
