Ever since I was young, I've ocassionally been experiencing weird things in my head while I'm in bed at night. As I'm lying in completely silence, a thought, song, or word plays in my head, but it gets louder and louder and faster each time. It's almost like screaming. It used to make me really uncomfortable and scared when I was younger.

Hello young lady.
Your symptom seems very unclear.
Will require detailed evaluation.
But on preliminary basis I think this may be hypnogogic hallucinations which are weird sensations or perceptions during onset of sleep .They are common.
Pls visit a psychiatrist.
Or it may be a symptom of some underlying sleep disorder.
