Lotepred LS 0.2% w/v sterile eye drops
Doctor give me lotepred Ls 0.2% w/v sterile eye drops 5ml for post oper c3r hazziness. I want to know 1- is it steroid eye drops? 2- what the side effects of using that 3- how long can i take? AND my second question is should i wash with water on open eye. Thanks in advance

There is no harm in using loteprednol eye drops for a month or so under supervision of ophalmologist because it is soft corticosteroid .

it is a soft steroid but to avoid any problem you must get aregular check up done.

Hello A.  Yes.. It is Steroid But soft steroid B.. It may cause increase intra ocular pressure but chances are less and this happens when it is used for long period C. This depends on your clinical presentation and your intra ocular pressure...
