hi. upto the age of 25 generally pimples cause issues. of ur pimples are painful n big u will require oral n topical medicines. to start with wash ur face 3-4 times a day with a salicylic acid based facewash. visit a qualified dermatologist soon to get rid of pimples. good luck.
