Hello , This is a very common presenting complaint of people with mild Dry Eye /early Computer Vision Syndrome. Get yourself evaluated by an ophthalmologist who will diagnose severity of the disease and give you medications accordingly. Glasses are not required at all. And there is no way your vision will worsen because of this innocuous complaint.
