Hi,u hv not mentioned which tooth u lost,if it's one of the wisdom teeth u can just ignore it as there is no need to replace them,if it's any other teeth then it has to be replaced.ther are many options like a bridge ( n which the nearby teeth are reduced in size and support is taken from them to replace the missing ones)then implants(a biocompatible screw is placed inside ur bone and a cap is placed over it)
