Loss of taste (Bitter taste)
My mother is facing loss of taste from 3 weeks. It is post covid taste loss. Everything she eat tastes bitter. Because of that she is not eating well . Anything to do to bring back her taste? To activate taste buds ?

Keep her well hydrated. Give her nutrition rich food, the amount of food doesn't matter, nutrition matters. Take care

It goes away slowly. Bitter taste can be because of the medicines that she took. Have to drink a lot of water. Scrubbing the tongue will brushing helps a little bit. But she has to eat properly only then she'll recover soon.

Drink plenty of water.Include more fruits , vegetables in to diet. Don't worry ,it takes time to get back into normal.
