Loss of smell
Hi Doctors I thought I got exposed to covid so out of fear I sanitized my nostrils using liquid sanitizer yesterday. But now I am not able to smell anything and not getting the taste. Is the smell loss permanent?

You should not put sanitizer into any orifices..it's just to sanitize hands..smell loss will be temporary don't worry..get RTPCR test done if you have loss of smell If there is loss of smell, infection will be usually mild
