Loss of erection ,shrinkage of testis

Recently i come to know that i am suffering from chlamydia igg but i haven't did any sexual intercourse from the last 1.5 year.I also check for HIV 1 & 2 its negative.but i have not done any other STD checkup.
Now i completely lose my erection and libido,my testis is shriked alot
I start taking azithral 500 mg twice a day from tommorow.
Please guide me why my testis is shrinked is there is any other STD infection that i might have or its due to chlamydia
