Loss of cervical lordosis
I am suffering from severe shoulder pain from past 2yrs,and I feel dizziness, headache and the pain starts travelling in my hands, the upper back part became stiff. From last 3months my lower back started to ache alot. I consulted a doctor and he asked me to get x-ray of cervical spine. The x-ray stated, loss of normal cervical lordosis s/o cervical strain and no cervical rib. The doctor has prescribed some medicine and advised for physiotherapy. I dont see any improvement and feel it's getting worse. Is their anything to worry about.  Plz help.

The X-ray looks look ok... are you regularly doing neck and back exercises ...? if so, and still the pain is persisting, please consult a rheumatologist
